Where do you ship?


We currently ship across Canada only. Orders are processed and shipped from our Canadian warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days
  • East Coast (NB, NS, PEI, NL): 3–9 business days
  • Central Canada (MB, SK): 3–9 business days
  • West Coast (AB, BC): 5–12 business days
  • Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): 7–14 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. If you need to start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

Are your shoes true to size?

Yes — our sizing is based on standard Canadian men’s shoe sizing. If you’re between sizes, we recommend going up half a size for a more comfortable fit, especially for work boots.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery’s progress in real time.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you need a different size or style, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll help arrange an exchange or guide you through returning your item and placing a new order.

Are your boots CSA-approved?

Yes! Our work boot styles meet Canadian CSA standards for safety footwear. Check the product description for details on certification and protection levels.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at support@geronimoshoes.ca, and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once shipped, we can no longer modify the order.
